BIO-MAG.ORG website offers a physiotherapeutic apparatus for bio-resonance therapy/treatment and anti-parasitic correction under the name BIO-MAG (BIOMEDIS). Thus, you may receive the product under different trade names, which in no way affects the product quality.
BIO-MAG.ORG website makes no representations or warranties, neither expressed, nor implied, of any kind with respect to the products sold. All guarantee issues should be hold through product manufacturers.
While product description and photographs are updated as often as possible, BIO-MAG.ORG cannot guarantee their accuracy. Please, contact the manufacturer directly for any product related questions.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices and all information pertaining to product(s) cost are subject to change without prior notice.
We currently accept only credit card payment via VISA or MasterCard.
Credit card transactions have minimum order limit of USD 398, plus shipping costs and maximum order limit of USD 3980, plus shipping costs per transaction. The name of the receiver of products has to be the same as the credit card holder's.
BIO-MAG.ORG assumes no responsibility for any payments lost in transit from purchaser.
All products and services, displayed on our website/e-shop BIO-MAG.ORG, are accepted for payment via VISA or MasterCard by "TELETRANSINFO" SRL, legal address: 40 S. Lazo str., MD2004, Chisinau, Moldova, through a protected URL https://secure.e-centru.com. For security purposes, the card numbers are not kept by the company.
5. Ordering and Purchasing
BIO-MAG.ORG reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever.
To order/purchase products from BIO-MAG.ORG you must be at least 18 years of age. It is solely the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure overall legal compliance before ordering a product from the given website. BIO-MAG.ORG takes no responsibility for conforming the importation requirements and regulations of the purchaser and the purchaser’s country of origin.
Availability of the product(s) is subjected to change without any prior notice.
Please, note that after the payment has been processed, we give the consumer a possibility to change or update his/her address and/or the order items within 24 hours. In such cases, those consumers must immediately send us an e-mail with your changes. The order number must be enclosed when writing about changes in the order.
Upon completion of purchase procedure, you will receive an electronic bill. Please, keep it for further reference.
6. Shipping
BIO-MAG.ORG ships its products through registered airmail. All packages are shipped in an extremely discreet way. In the event the order is too large to fit one package, it is automatically divided into two or more packages (always included in the Shipping and Handling Charges). Shipments could be made from different countries.
BIO-MAG.ORG shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery or non-delivery, if the incorrect shipping address is provided. All the products are shipped at the full risk of the purchaser.
Please, note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/EPO addresses.
7. Delivery
BIO-MAG.ORG treats the customers’ products with the utmost care, but denies any liability for damage or loss due to fource majeure circumstances (e.g. fire, floods, earthquakes etc.) or casualty while the customers’ products are in care and possession of BIO-MAG.ORG. We shall deliver the ordered products to the address you provided at the time you have made your order. Once the products have been delivered to the billing address, you become their owner, and we no longer have any responsibility for any lost or damaged products.
BIO-MAG.ORG takes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery problems of manufacturer or supplier, or any other delays caused by a third party (e.g. shipment delays caused by holidays of the Postal Service).
We do our best to deliver your products within 15 business days; however, delay in delivery could sometimes be outside our control. Any dates that we give are approximate, and we shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, charges, fees or expenses whatsoever, caused by any delay in delivering of the products to you, unless caused by our negligence (please, refer to paragraph 8 “Return Policy/Refunds”).
8. Return Policy and Refunds
Prior to returning any product(s) to us for any reason whatsoever, it is important that you contact us by e-mail to inform about your intention and reasons for doing so.
A refund could not be offered in cases where loss, damage or delay is due to an incorrect delivery address being given to us.
In the event products arrive damaged due to improper packaging by BIO-MAG.ORG, products will be replaced, provided that a claim is made and proof of improper packaging is given.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for return transportation and incur all the postage costs without further reimbursement. BIO-MAG.ORG is unable to refund any money, in case your goods are seized by the Customs and Excise authorities, until the appeal procedures are undertaken and the confirmation of the outcome is received in writing by BIO-MAG.ORG within seven days of its conclusion.
9. Additional Liability Clauses (to paragraphs 6, 7, 8)
If you do not receive the purchased products within 30 (thirty) days of the date on which you have ordered/paid for them, you must notify BIO-MAG.ORG in writing at our contact address within 40 (forty) days of the date on which you have ordered/paid for the products.
BIO-MAG.ORG takes no responsibility for lost orders, wrong deliveries or product(s) damage caused by the Postal Service.
We cannot offer any reshipment or refund for any unregistered shipment as there is no way of tracing the package.
The purchaser should act in accordance with the regulations and importation laws of the destination country.
BIO-MAG.ORG overall liability is limited to the fullest extent, permitted by law.
10. Taxes
The prices listed on BIO-MAG.ORG website include neither any customs duties or taxes, nor excise or other similar taxes. Thus, you could be required to pay, in addition to the quoted prices, the amount of any present or future customs duties or taxes, excise or other similar taxes, applicable by law in force on the territory of your country.
