Resolution on completion of scientific and research work on the topic: “Study of the impact of the physiotherapy device “BIOMEDIS-M”, and biophysical bio-feedback device “BIOCOR” (2 types – “7 Correction and Protection Programs” and “Mutual Understanding”) on phase changes in water.
The given study was carried out according to the method of measurement of the kinetics of the change in current conductivity of “Super-O” type water, in compliance with the elaborated and patented method (priority patent nr.210901 as of September 30, 1996), approved on November 2, 2001 at the Russian Federation Health Ministry’s Scientific Council Section of Traditional Medicine (minutes nr.3).
Tree devices were submitted for testing:
1. The physiotherapy device for bio-feedback treatment and anti-parasitic correction “BIOMEDIS-M”.
2. The biophysical bio-feedback device (functional condition correction device) “BIOCOR” (two devices: “7 Correction and Protection Programs” and “Mutual Understanding”).
The obtained results (picture 1, 2) prove, first of all, the objective character of the given physiotherapy and bio-feedback devices’ action on the structural state of water.
Considerable changes occur in the structural state of water, reflected in the significant values of changes in current conductivity of the processed sample against a control sample. Thus, after the “BIOMEDIS-M” action, a stable structurally transformed state of water, with positive change in current conductivity, has been noticed (picture 1), and in case of “BIOCOR”, both for the device “7 Correction and Protection Programs” and for the device “Mutual Understanding”, considerable changes in the structural state of water, with negative change in current conductivity (picture 2, row 2 and row 3) have been observed. For comparison purposes, picture 2 displays the graph of the background influence (row 1) that indicates about the stability of a certain impact of external factors.
The analysis of the received dependencies (picture 1 and picture 2) makes it possible to characterize the observed changes in the following way:
The wave-like motion of positive values of changes in currents in case of action of Biomedis-M, program 2 (picture 1) corresponds to its destination to enhance the protecting functions of the body.
Essential initial meanings of negative values of changes in current conductivity in case of “BIOCOR” action, and further achieved stabilized, with small oscillations, level in the same field of negative values could attest to manifestation of negative influences’ neutralization function both for the device “7 Correction and Protection Programs” (picture 2, row 3) and, to a little bit greater extent, for the device “Mutual Understanding” (picture 2, row 2) that corresponds to the aforesaid bio-feedback devices’ destination.
